1. CLIENT CONTACT
Client reaches out to AM Creative requesting assistance to improve their ROI

2. CONSULTATION VISIT
We will come to your STR location, walk the home/grounds, and learn what your aesthetic is

3. CONTRACT
Contract is presented to client before any work is started

4. DECOR RESEARCH
If decorating is included in the contract measurements are taken and a list of sourced merch is presented to client approximately 3 weeks later (based on size and scope of work).

5. SCHEDULE
After all decor is purchased and installed we will schedule the date for styling and photoshoot

6. STYLING
Our team will come to your STR and style your property for the shoot

7. PHOTOSHOOT
Our professional photographer will come shoot your STR. Edited high res images will be provided via a link

8. MARKETING
Instagram content and strategy is an available add on to any package.

(Each home’s pricing is unique to the scope of work. Per room styling/photo shoots are also available if you only request certain scenes. Ex. A brunch scene, sunset scene from deck, primary suite scene, etc.) We will help you figure out what is needed to increase your ROI.
INTERIOR DECORATING
Consultation visit, decorating recommendations presented by room including links to purchase items (includes furniture updates, paint, lighting, rugs, and wall decor recommendations)
INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR STYLING
Consultation visit, styling recommendations presented by room including links to purchase items (includes decor items such as throw pillows, blankets, kitchen items, games, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
As an AirBnB Photographer, professional photos of the property’s interior and exterior are included. Downloadable high resolution digital images shared via a link.
MARKETING
Social media marketing content and strategy to increase your STR’s visibility. Includes assistance in Instagram site and listing (reels, images, text).

We provide full-scale decorating, styling, photography, and marketing for AirBnB/Short term rental owners. Aimee is the decorator/stylist/content creator and Megan is the photographer & marketer! We have been in the industry the last 10+ years and are excited to join forces with our business AM Creative.
We are both boy moms and have two boys each who are the same ages and best of friends! So our lives are usually a bit chaotic!
When we are not working, you can catch us at our sons' school or sports activities, or at a crazy game of pickleball with our other halves.
